90-Year-Old Woman Refuses Cancer Treatment And Travels The World Instead.

When 90-year-old Norma found out she had uterine cancer, she didn’t have the typical reaction. Maybe it was because she saw how others at her nursing home had faced the end of their lives, or maybe it was because she saw her husband of 67 years pass away the previous year. So instead of battling her cancer with surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy, Norma decided to do something radical.

She hit the road with her family in an RV camper.

For the past six months, they’ve been visiting several stunning national parks across America and taking in all the natural beauty the country has to offer.

Learn more about Norma’s heartwarming story and photos from her amazing travels below.

Norma was blessed with a long and happy marriage, and it seems that her late husband celebrated the joy of life up until the end.

But when Norma was diagnosed with cancer in the same week her husband passed away, she told her doctor, “I’m 90 years old. I’m hitting the road.”

Although she has experienced her fair share of tragedy and loss, Norma maintains a strikingly positive attitude every day in her life.

“Keep praying every day, and God will take care of you, even when it feels like you can’t care of yourself,” she told GoodNewsNetwork.
