Eat 6 cloves of roasted garlic and see noticeable health benefits in under 24 hours

Most people know that garlic is good for you, and many of us have been told to eat a lot of garlic when we start feeling a cold coming on. But, do you know that eating garlic can help keep ticks away?

According to the Journal of The American Medical Association, the risk of being bitten by a tick is reduced if you eat garlic.

Now, there’s evidence that suggests that it takes less than 24 hours for roasted garlic to do wonders to the body.

Like onions, shallots, scallions, and leeks, garlic belongs to the Allium genus. Since ancient times, garlic has been used as a medicinal plant, and the substance that gives garlic its special power (and its characteristic odor) is called allicin.

Studies show that cold symptoms for people who eat garlic are reduced by up to 70 percent.

Eating garlic also helps lower blood pressure, and the herb is high in antioxidants that reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Now, back to roasted garlic and what happens to your body if you eat six cloves a day…

Hour 1: Your body digests the garlic and absorbs its nutrients.

Hours 2-4: The nutrients that your body has absorbed help fight any cancer cells and free radicals in your body.

Hours 4-6: Your body’s metabolic rate picks up, activates the process of removing excess fluids, and starts burning stored fat.

Hours 6-7: The antibacterial benefits of garlic are released and begin circulating in the bloodstream. The garlic starts working on bacteria in the body.

Hours 6-10: The nutrients contained in garlic have already helped the body at a cellular level and are protecting the body against oxidation.

Hours 10-24: The nutrients in garlic begin a deep cleaning that includes the following processes:

  • Regulating cholesterol
  • Cleaning the arteries and protecting against heart problems
  • Lowering and improving blood pressure
  • Helping strengthen the body’s immune system
  • Preventing heavy metals from entering the body
  • Strengthening bones and joints
  • Preventing fatigue
  • Improving the body’s athletic abilities
  • Extending the life of cells

When you undergo this regimen, it’s good to drink lots of water, eat good food, and avoid processed foods, red meat, and refined sugar.

If you prefer, stay home, rest, and let the garlic fumes leave the body in peace.

So how do you roast garlic? Just put a garlic bulb in the oven and bake at 350°F (175°C) until completely soft. Eat six cloves and wait for the results!
