Scientists: Cheese Reduce Risk Of Obesity And Will Make You Live Longer.

Are you a cheese lover? If so, we have wonderful news to announce. A new study proves that people who eat a lot of cheese have a better metabolism and less risk of suffering from obesity.

The study, made by Danish scientists, shows that eating a lot of cheese actually can be healthy. For example, it can give you a higher metabolism and reduce fat.
Scientists at Aarhus University examined the fact that people from France have a tendency of living a long and healthy life, despite that they eat a lot of cheese and drink a lot of wine.

The result from the study was published in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. According to the scientists, there’s a lot of indications that fermented dairy products, such as cheese, is positive if you want to live a long and healthy life.

The scientists compared samples of urine and feces from 15 men who live with a diet containing a lot of cheese or milk, or only butter. They found that those men who ate cheese had higher levels of a chemical that is connected to a lower risk of obesity and higher levels of metabolism.

Even if this is a small study, there’s more research in this subject that supports this thesis. In 2012, a team of scientists proved that especially roquefort cheese helped against cardiovascular diseases.
