Construction worker calls 911 after teenager jumps out of car and begs for help

You see, this speeder wasn’t just any speeder – it was a kidnapper on the run.

To Kevin’s disbelief, a young woman jumped out of the speeding vehicle and started running towards him. The girl looked terrified and distressed, she started begging for help and asked him to call the cops. What she told Kevin after shook him to the core.

“I asked the female if she was okay and she said no, there was a man trying to kill her, I told her just stay behind me and I wouldn’t let anything happen to her,” he tells CBS 6 News.

Kevin comforted the young woman, made sure she was safe and waited with her until the police had arrived.

The police already knew about the kidnapping and were on a look out for the guy. Kevin had been a great help in tracking down the perpetrator.

Just moments after Kevin had called the police, they found the guy and arrested him on the spot. His name was Aaron Berg and was later charged with kidnapping, strangling, and sexually assaulting the 18-year-old girl, according to CBS 6 News.

Aaron is now put behind bars and the young girl can feel at ease thanks to Kevin and the police. Kevin tells CBS 6 News that he has a message to share about this whole ordeal:

“Pick up the phone and help somebody, you never know whose life you may save.”

Kevin sure is a hero and a reminder that our actions in a state of emergency can be a matter of life or death.

Please share if you agree that Kevin is a hero.
