A chef’s prediction for the next BBQ meat craze will leave you shocked

Goat is said to be a mix between venison and lamb, but gets a bad reputation in some quarters for being tough – but that is often from people who have eaten fully-grown goats aged several years, rather than those aged around seven months. This is similar to the difference between mutton and lamb, with most people preferring the latter.

The meat has recently become available from Ocado in the UK, with the chops meant to be particularly good for using on a BBQ.
