Princess Charlotte has bonded with Prince Louis – won’t leave his side, say reports

It was last month that Prince William and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, welcomed their third child to the world.

On April 23, Prince Louis was born weighing 8Ibs 7 ounces – he entered into the line of succession fifth, behind his grandfather, Prince Charles, his father, Prince William, and his two elder siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

On Saturday, Kensington Palace shared two new photos of the royal family’s latest addition. One of the photos, taken on Princess Charlotte’s third birthday, shows the two youngest siblings cuddling, with Charlotte then planting a soft kiss upon her brother’s head.

Indeed, according to reports, Princess Charlotte has taken to Prince Louis rather quickly. Insiders have revealed that though Prince George had to return to school just a day after Louis’ birth, Charlotte has had time to bond with the new arrival.

Reports go as far as claiming that Princess Charlotte won’t leave her little brother’s side.

A source told US weekly: “Charlotte is really enjoying having a younger brother to play with. She’s taking her big sister duties very seriously. She won’t leave baby Louis’ side.”

Of course, there’s a rather large buzz surrounding the British royal family at the moment, what with Prince Louis’ uncle Prince Harry getting married this coming weekend.

Prince William’s younger brother will tie the knot with Megan Markle at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on Saturday, though Megan herself confirmed that her father, Thomas Markle, will not be in attendance.

Do you think it’s adorable that Princess Charlotte has bonded so quickly with her brother?
