Bryon Noem, husband of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, allegedly reached out to a dominatrix months after his secret life as a cross-dresser was made public and the woman he contacted has now revealed what he said.
Shy Sotomayor, a dominatrix who says she had a nine-year relationship with Bryon Noem, has appeared on the Uncloseted with Spencer Macnaughton podcast.
Messages as recent as May 17
Sotomayor claims Bryon messaged her on iMessage as recently as May 17, long after photos of him dressed in women’s clothing with fake breasts had already been published and made international headlines.
According to Sotomayor, his message read:
“I’ve been a really bad boy.”
“I feel like this is truly a sick man,” she said on the podcast and added:
“I feel like he has a sex addiction and that is not something I would want to take advantage of.”
Dominatrix encouraged Bryon to seek help
Rather than engaging, Sotomayor said she responded with a lengthy message urging Bryon to seek professional help.
“You obviously are very sick. You need help. If it’s not clear by now or after being America’s joke, I truly don’t know what is,” she told him, according to her account.
She added that she was effectively saying goodbye, and warned that anyone willing to engage with him at this point should be ashamed.
Bryon did not respond according to her, so she sent him an invoice for $4,500, which she claims remains unpaid.
Sotomayor also described Bryon as a “loose cannon” who showed little concern about being exposed even before the scandal broke publicly.
“Any time I talked to him and was like, ‘Hey, you know, people could find us out,’ he was like, ‘I don’t care,'” she said.
“He just did not care about the consequences.”
The scandal first emerged earlier this year when reports revealed Bryon had allegedly used the alias Jason Jackson while communicating with women in the online “bimbofication” community.
Kristi Noem has not publicly commented on the latest allegations.
