14 wolves were released in a park – the impact shows that we must take care of our amazing planet

At the beginning of 1995, the US Fish and Wildlife Service and a group of Canadian biologists came together to work on what turned out to be an extraordinary project. They took 14 wolves from Canada and reintroduced them in Yellowstone National Park, where they had been extinct since 1926.

The impact was far greater than anyone could have imagined. The entire ecosystem of the national park was transformed—to the point that even the rivers changed.

How could this happen? Watch this clip and marvel at how amazing our environment is.
