Over the weekend Tom Cruise attended Taylor Swift‘s London concert, where he was seen enjoying the company of Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Though, eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that the Hollywood heavyweight was skipping his daughter’s high school graduation to do so.
The Mission Impossible star was in the VIP box at the massive Eras Tour show, where Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end, was spotted placing both hands on Cruise’s shoulders. The two men chatted and laughed, seemingly enjoying the evening together.
The 61-year-old Hollywood icon was also seen greeting several excited fans and posing for photos, adding to the festive atmosphere of the concert at Wembley Stadium.
Meanwhile, in New York City, Cruise’s ex-wife Katie Holmes attended their daughter Suri’s high school graduation. Suri Cruise received her diploma from LaGuardia High School surrounded by loved ones and classmates, who congratulated her with friendly hugs.
Despite her father’s absence, Suri seemed to relish the moment, sharing the joy of her achievement with her close-knit group of friends. According to the Daily Mail, Suri has applied to several colleges, with a particular interest in studying fashion.
An insider told the outlet: “She is a smart girl, and she is turning into a very intelligent, mature young woman. She has a very close group of loyal friends, and she knows exactly where she comes from.”
Interestingly enough, Suri has reportedly been using her mother’s middle name, Noelle, in place of her surname.
The concert attracted several other celebrities, including Liam Hemsworth, Hugh Grant, Rachel Zegler, Greta Gerwig, Green Day, Ashton Kutcher, and his wife Mila Kunis. As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, Prince William and his children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, also attended the concert. They had their own VIP box and had the opportunity to meet and take photos with both Swift and Kelce.
The Prince and Princess of Wales’s official X account posted an adorable photo of the royals with Swift and Kelce, captioned: “Thank you Taylor Swift for a great evening!”
Taylor Swift also shared a selfie with the royals and her boyfriend in a post celebrating Prince William’s 42nd birthday, writing: “Happy birthday M8! London shows are off to a splendid start.”
