Authorities have found missing 2-year-old Jesse Dale Young, of Mayes County, Salina, Oklahoma.

According to reports, Jesse had gone missing at around 11 a.m. on Wednesday. He was last seen on his family’s property – four miles north of Salina – wearing pull diapers and crocs.

However, Mayes County deputies and other law enforcement agencies finished searching for a 2-year-old boy Thursday afternoon when he was found alive near Salina at around 1 p.m.

As night fell on Wednesday, eight hours after the search began, authorities turned to the air in the hope of picking up a heat signature in the dark.

Two volunteers searching for Jesse on horseback found him safe and unharmed.
