Meghan Markle has gone into labour as she prepares to deliver her and Prince Harry’s first child, according to Sky News.
It’s of course no surprise that the couple are expecting a baby, but details surrounding the birth have been kept a closely guarded secret. As of yet, the baby’s gender still remains a mystery, as does the location at which Meghan will give birth.
What we do know – if Sky News is to be believed – is that the Duchess of Sussex has gone into labour, and will soon bring Prince Harry’s child into the world.
The couple have remained active over the course of Meghan’s pregnancy, and earlier this spring advised anyone looking to donate gifts to their baby to instead send them to chariites for children and parents in need.
Prince Harry and Meghan married last year on May 19, meaning their baby will arrive almost a year to the day of their anniversary.
For now the world waits with baited breath for news on the delivery, whilst celebrations will have already begun amongst royal enthusiasts.
Fans hoping to catch the first glimpses of the new royal baby should follow Prince Harry and Meghan’s Instagram account, with details surrounding the birth expected to follow in the next few days.
Here’s to wishing Prince Harry and Meghan all the very best with their birth!
