This video has received over seven million views on YouTube. Yep, that’s quite a lot of views. But it’s no surprise why. It features no less than 63 (!) dancers, all deaf — and on stage performing a number that just knocked me off my chair. Their synchronism is just mind-blowing. I don’t think I’ve ever quite seen anything like it in my life, and certainly not with deaf performers. The dancers are part of China’s Disabled People’s Performing Art Troupe. They are perfectly guided by six ‘leaders’ (dressed in white) whom help keep the golden-clad dancers on cue. Check out the show below.
