Identical Aussie twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque are engaged to the same man. The Australians, who have claimed to be the “world’s most identical twins,” have been very outspoken about their polyamorous relationship with fiancée Ben. Now, they have answered the one question fans have been asking for 15 years.
Anna and Lucy DeCinque rose to fame on the hit television series Extreme Sisters, where viewers could follow their lives. The couple claim to be the “world’s most identical twins,” and share everything in life. And by that we really mean everything.
The twins shower and go to the toilet together, a unique level of intimacy that, according to them, has made their love life easier. For more than 15 years, they have been together with the same man, Ben. They met through social media.
In a TikTok video, the couple explained how they met.
“So we want to tell you… Ben is the first guy that we have shared. The first night we met him, we both kissed him and we knew straight away we both like him,” they said. “We messaged him on Facebook and said, ‘Can we share you?'”
Initially, Ben thought it was a joke, but then he said yes, Anna and Lucy explained. So how does it really work?

Appearing on the Australian comedy television show Hughesy, We Have a Problem, Anna and Lucy Decunque answered questions about their past. Seeing the clip, it’s almost scary how in sync they are, even when answering questions.
They have taken it so far as to remain identical in how they measure out food and drink, even having the same fillers and cosmetic surgeries.
The twins are so in sync that they don’t feel any jealousy towards the other when, for example, one of them receives affection. They even remain in the same bed when sexual intercourse is on the schedule.
“Yes, and thats it, that’s all we’re saying, we’re never apart,” Anna and Lucy said.
Interestingly, their fiancé, Ben, is also a twin. However, he doesn’t have a brother who is into polygamy.
“There’s no jealousy in the relationship,” the twins said, “If Ben will kiss Anna, he’ll kiss Lucy.” And it apparently doesn’t matter what order he shows them attention, as Anna and Lucy care more about being together.
“They tell me they feel like one person, they want to be treated as one person, then I will,” Ben explained.
The question everyone’s asking
In the TikTok video, Anna and Lucy DeCinque share more information about their relationship with fiancé Ben. When the wedding will be is not known.
“Like we said many times, there’s no jealousy in this relationship from day one. If Ben will kiss Anna, he’ll kiss me after,” they explained. “It’s really an awesome relationship, the three of us. It’s all equal, we wouldn’t have it any other way.”
In 2021, Ben proposed to Anna and Lucy. He surprised them at the same place they had their first date – and popped the question with two identical rings.
On social media, fans flooded their comment section, supporting the twins.
“You guys are so blessed to have Ben. Take care of each other, all three of you,” one person wrote.
“So happy you are still together,” another said.
A third person asked the question many might have wondered, “Does Ben ever get mixed up between you two?”
The twins replied: “No.”
