Photographs of a mysterious white animal-like figure near the US-Mexico border have fueled speculation about what might be lurking in a rural farming community.
UFO investigator Jaime Maussan believes the creature could be something far stranger than an undiscovered animal, suggesting it may be an intelligent being from another dimension, according to UNILAD.
The alleged sightings have been reported in the Valley of Juárez, a farming region in Chihuahua along the Rio Grande. Maussan claims the creature has been preying on livestock and small animals, including chickens, roosters and rabbits, leaving residents concerned about what might be responsible.
However, local authorities have not confirmed the reports, and officials on both sides of the border say they have received no reports supporting the claims.

The photographs were captured by camera traps earlier this month and presented publicly during a press conference in Mexico on October 17.
Four research assistants working with Maussan said they estimated the creature’s size after observing it climb a large brick wall. Based on its proportions compared with the bricks, they believed it measured nearly six feet from its head to the tip of its tail. The tail alone was estimated to be around three feet long.
The surveillance footage did not show the figure walking on two legs, although Maussan suggested it might be capable of doing so.
His research team also claimed the animal did not resemble familiar wildlife found in Chihuahua.
Animal specialists were reportedly consulted and allegedly concluded that it was not a typical mammal. However, they were also said to have suggested the creature might be “mutating.”
Investigator raises the possibility of another dimension
Despite the unusual claims, Maussan has stopped short of definitively identifying the figure as an extraterrestrial.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, he proposed an alternative explanation: the creature could be an intelligent entity originating from another dimension.
“Why did it appear there? It’s a mystery. Are they interdimensional beings? Are they beings who came with other beings? Did they come in ships?” he said.
Speaking to NetNoticias.Mx, Maussan described the figure as a potentially dangerous.
“It’s a predator. I’m not saying it’s extraterrestrial, but it is something scary,” he told the outlet. “Its intelligence and agility are truly frightening. I don’t believe it attacks people, but it is affecting the interests of those who live in the so-called Juárez Valley.”
Authorities have not verified any attacks
Maussan said his investigation began after an unnamed boy allegedly witnessed the creature seize a chicken.
Yet the claims have not been corroborated by officials. Juárez Civil Protection authorities said they had received no reports of a dangerous creature in the area or of animals being carried away. Police on the Texas side of the border also told the El Paso Times that no unusual encounters or farm animal deaths had been reported since Maussan first made his claims on October 5.
For now, the latest photographs have yet to establish what the white figure actually is, and authorities have not verified the alleged attacks on farm animals.
The broader question of extraterrestrial life also remains unresolved. The US government has stated that no physical evidence has ever been recovered that proves UFOs or alien life exist.
