Star chef Bryan Ceiling shares a simple tip that will bring out the best in your bacon. Follow his instructions and you get the crispiest, tastiest bacon that will make your dinner guests wonder “how”?
The trick is easy: to prevent bacon from becoming dry, or chewy, he adds a magic ingredient to the frying pan: water. Gauge your pan’s temperature carefully and you’ll end up with perfect bacon every time.
It’s only logical that fluid keeps dryness away, and when I see the results in the video, I’m convinced. This I am definitely going to try!
