What the way you sit reveals about your personality

Body language can reveal a lot about how a person is feeling. It can show whether they’re tired, happy, or nervous. But not all physical gestures are straightforward, and there are a lot of signals you might not know about.

We all have a sitting style that we feel the most comfortable with. It’s not something that we choose. We just do it. And when I think about it, I usually sit with my legs crossed with my right leg over the left.

But did you know that the way you sit expresses something about your personality? Scroll down to see the five most common sitting positions and what they reveal. Do you recognize yourself in any of these?

Position A

People who sit like this are creative and charismatic. They’re happy in life, and there’s never a dull moment in their lives. Their easy-going attitude leads them to think that problems will solve themselves. They have a tendency to speak before they think, but they’re easy to talk to.

Position B

People who sit in this position are dreamers. They have a good imagination and their dreams take them places. These folks are often the “soul” of their group of friends or coworkers. They’re adventure seekers, like to travel, and make friends easily. They don’t sit and wait for the new years to make a fresh start. When they have an idea, they make it happen. So don’t be surprised if these people suddenly decide to change cities, jobs, or partners. They get bored of being in the same place for long.

Position C

These people find it difficult to concentrate and sit still. They’re often surrounded by what others see as chaos, but they themselves think of as a perfectly logical setup. They can be choosy about style, but now how to relax and get comfortable.

Postition D

People who prefer this position are intelligent, punctual, and well behaved. They prefer to keep their personal thoughts and feelings to themselves, and don’t like it when others overshare or express their feelings in public. However, they’re not afraid to confront people, and they can sometimes be seen as insulting.

Position E

These people are often focused on their careers and driven toward their life’s aim. They’re in no hurry to start a family and settle down, but let things take their time instead. They have lofty goals and are willing to work to achieve them.

It’s fascinating how much body language can reveal. I recognized myself completely in these. If you thought this was fascinating, please share it with your friends on Facebook.
