Just days after Kylie Jenner shocked the internet by finally opening up about her breast augmentation, 69-year-old momager Kris Jenner kept the momentum going by revealing her own cosmetic surgery secrets.
In early June, Kylie, 27, made headlines when she spoke candidly on the Disney+ series The Kardashians, chatting with bestie Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou about her long-rumored breast implants.
After years of speculation and flat-out denials, the youngest Jenner finally confirmed she went under the knife – and might not do it again if she had the chance.
“I had beautiful breasts. Natural t**s. Just gorgeous,” she said, sparking a wave of applause (and a few shocked gasps) across social media. “Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”

“I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie – her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated. Patient confidentiality has always been the foundation of my practice. Over 3 decades, we’ve never had a single breach,” he wrote in the June 5 post.
“I will never discuss any details of a procedure or procedures unless the patient has chosen to share them or given me permission to discuss. Every patient is unique. This isn’t “cookbook” surgery – it’s thoughtful, personalized care.”

Not to be outdone, Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner empire, slid into the comments section of his post, revealing her own surgical history with the same doctor.
“Garth you are such a superstar class act!! You did my first facelift in 2011…14 years ago!!! and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid,” she gushed in her message to the doctor. “You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!”

Fans went wild over Kris’s transparency, begging for details on her most recent procedures.
“We need deets on your most recent facelift because you look even more [hot] than before!!” writes one fan. A second shared, “Thank you so much for being transparent and giving talented physicians the acknowledgement they deserve!!”
