DoorDash driver who allegedly filmed naked customer and shared viral TikTok has been indicted

Olivia Henderson, 23, has been indicted after allegedly posting a video of a naked, unconscious customer inside their home while delivering a DoorDash order.

The 23-year-old pleaded not guilty during an appearance in Oswego County Court on Friday, according to UNILAD. She faces one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.

According to court documents, Henderson – who works as a DoorDash delivery driver – is accused of filming the video in October 2025 and later sharing it on TikTok. The footage allegedly showed a customer who was unconscious and naked inside their home, and before it was taken down it reportedly reached almost 30 million views.

Prosecutors claim she recorded and shared content depicting the customer’s “intimate parts [… ] at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent,” and further accused her of degrading the individual.

Allegedly filmed a naked customer

Henderson has disputed that version of events and filed her own police report, alleging she was a victim of sexual harassment. She claims the customer attempted to lure her inside.

On TikTok, she reportedly said: “My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.”

However, officers contradicted that account, stating the customer was “incapacitated and unconscious” at the time of the delivery and did not interact with Henderson.

DoorDash’s response

In a statement, DoorDash said: “Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies,” according to UNILAD.

“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.”

“We know these are sensitive situations,” the company added. “And we want every Dasher to know: if you ever feel unsafe or experience something concerning, come to us. We’re here to listen, act, and support.”

Henderson is scheduled to appear in court again in June. For the time being, she remains free without bail. If convicted, she faces up to eight years in prison.
