Erika Kirk lost her husband, Charlie Kirk, in September last year. The conservative influencer was shot to death during a rally at Utah Valley College in Orem, Utah, and his two children were left without a father.
Since then, Erika Kirk has taken on the CEO position of Turning Point USA, the conservative organization her husband founded. She has continued to make many public appearances, and although many support her, she has also been called a grifter.
On Thursday, a bombshell claim about Erika Kirk having found love again spread online. The X account Project Constitution, which, according to the Daily Mail, often pushes far-right conspiracy theories about Turning Point USA, claimed that Erika Kirk had a new boyfriend.
Not just any guy, but Charlie Kirk’s friend, Blake Wynn.
“CONFIRMED: Erika Kirk Has A New BOYFRIEND — She Was SPOTTED Getting Handsy with New Jewish Boyfriend BLAKE WYNN (Nephew of Casino Mogul Steve Wynn) at Exclusive Beverly Hills Hotel,” Collin Scott Campbell, the person behind the page, wrote on X.
Erika Kirk issues savage response after bombshell boyfriend rumor
It claimed that, according to a “a trusted eyewitness,” Erika and Blake Wynn were spotted at Bar Nineteen12, a bar inside the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, California, “getting very intimate.”
It didn’t take long before Erika Kirk responded, and she did so with a savage reply. The post quickly went viral, and the widow of Charlie Kirk decided to set the record straight.
“Every single word here is a lie. Charlie’s love will last me a lifetime. The Lord is the only one who can ever fill that most painful void,” Erika Kirk wrote, adding that she was nowhere near the bar mentioned on the date the X account claimed she was there.
“On May 14th, I was home in Arizona, celebrating my son’s 2nd birthday. Blake (who is about to be engaged to his longtime gf) was a dear friend of my husband’s and I am grateful for his continued support, just like hundreds of others.”
The Turning Point CEO continued, “Your deranged obsession with me and blatant disregard for any form of truth whatsoever is deeply disturbing, and I am praying you get the help you so clearly need. Brush off the Dorito dust and go touch grass.”
“I am not dating Erika Kirk”
Blake Wynn also blasted the rumors about him and Erika.
“Blake Wynn here… I hate to be the bearer of bad news to the cesspool of bots and X users that spend their entire day making things up under the guise of journalism, but I am not dating Erika Kirk,’ he wrote on X after Erika’s response.
