Madonna has made headlines with a juicy confession about her sex life.
The 67-year-old Queen of Pop is currently promoting her upcoming album Confessions II, due out July 3, and during a recent Grindr video interview, she was asked a rather personal question.
According to Page Six, Madonna appeared alongside playwright Jeremy O. Harris, Bob The Drag Queen, dancer Ivy Mugler, designer Raul Lopez and Interview magazine’s Marcello Gutierrez when the conversation turned to past romances.

Lopez asked Madonna whom she’d had the best sex of her life with.
“I’m only going to name dead people,” Madonna said before covering her mouth and quietly whispering:
“John Kennedy Jr.”
The room erupted.
“Shut up!” several voices responded, while Lopez reportedly added:
“Everyone says his d**k was crazy and he was a good f**k. You’re the third person I’ve heard say that.”
“Mmm hmm,” Madonna replied with a smile.
The viref romance between Madonna and John F. Kennedy Jr.
Madonna and John F. Kennedy Jr. reportedly had a brief romance in the late 1980s following the end of her marriage to Sean Penn.
Their relationship has often been described as short-lived and largely physical.
In the 2024 biography JFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography, one of Kennedy’s friends reportedly described Madonna as “totally a fling.”
Others, however, have suggested Kennedy may have been equally fascinated by the singer. Author Christopher Anderson previously claimed JFK Jr. was dazzled by Madonna and her fame.
Kennedy tragically died in 1999 at just 38 years old when the plane he was piloting crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near Martha’s Vineyard.
