Harry & Meghan ruthlessly slammed as they pull Archie and Lilibet from school after just 2 days

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have enrolled their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in a new UK school. However, just two days after the school year began, the Duke and Duchess have pulled their children from school – and that because of one concerning reason.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s move to the UK has not gone unnoticed. The Duke and Duchess arrived back in their home country a few weeks ago and are said to be staying in the Cotswolds while they look for a home.

Already before they moved, the couple enrolled their children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, in new schools in the UK. In the past, the lack of security, especially for their children, has been one of the main reasons why Harry and Meghan haven’t returned to the UK.

The school Harry and Meghan enrolled their children in was kept from the public, not least because of security reasons. Still, their arrival sparked strong reactions.

A royal insider speaking with Page Six revealed in early September that parents were sent a warning letter with a set of new rules they must follow.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said that school officials contacted residents in the Cotswolds about the new rules regarding the arrival of Harry and Meghan’s children.

“The message sent to families essentially said that, from time to time, some families joining the school may attract a greater level of public or media interest,” Schofield told Page Six.

The insider claimed the letter also said the school aims to make the children’s school life a “safe, happy and private environment.”

“It then reminded parents and carers not to photograph or film other children without permission, or share photographs, information or details about pupils or their families on social media,” Schofield said, adding that Prince Harry and Meghan “approached multiple schools” before they arrived in the UK.

Now, a bombshell development has taken place as Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s first time at their UK school has come to an end. A spokesperson for the couple shared a statement with Sky News, saying the children have already switched school.s

“The decision for the children to move school was taken following a discussion with the family’s security team about the practicalities of their current arrangements,” the spokesperson said.

“The parents remain extremely grateful to all the teachers and staff for the love, care and effort they have shown their family. This decision should in no way be interpreted as a reflection on the school or the exceptional care the children have received there,” they added.

Sky News reported Sunday that the distance to school, together with the heavy traffic during the school runs, has put pressure on Harry and Meghan’s security team. Moreover, there is also belief that an incident disrupted the couple’s convoy.

“It’s a real shame, because they absolutely adored the school, the kids and their parents. It was perfect for them in every way, and the children really enjoyed their time there. They really wanted to make it work, but they had to make a difficult decision based on the fact that the team couldn’t make the school run operationally secure,” a friend of Harry and Meghan’s told Hello! Magazine

Harry is now waiting for a decision that could have major implications for his family. The Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) is reviewing whether Harry and Meghan should receive taxpayer-funded security now that they have returned to live in the UK.

The Risk Management Board is carrying out a threat assessment before Ravec makes its decision.

Sky News further reported that Meghan’s security arrangements are undergoing their first government-backed review since the couple stepped down as working royals and left the UK.

Harry & Meghan slammed over decision to pull Archie and Lilibet from UK school

People reacted quickly after the news of Harry and Meghan pulling their kids from school.

“Harry and Meghan should be ashamed of themselves. They keep using their kids as pawns,” one person wrote.

“Because they obviously don’t really care about the day-to-day lives of those kids because any normal parent(&their security)would’ve already seen the high traffic around school. Not only do they move their kids across but provide more trauma by starting yet another school,” a second wrote,

“Their security team didn’t do an assessment of the school run before these class started,” a third asked.

A fourth said, “This is pathetic. Paranoid parents are leading their children down a path of paranoia and mental illness. This is so sad to watch. They should have done those things before moving to the UK. What were they running away from in the US that they moved so fast?”
