Chip and Joanna Gaines are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary, and their doing it by publicly declaring their love for one another.
The HGTV power couple took to their respective Instagrams where they each shared a sweet photo of the other alongside a heartfelt caption.
“20 years with the most incredible, most powerful, most beautiful woman I’ve ever known. You’ve given me the most beautiful life and I’m so grateful to God for you @joannagaines ❤️ 20 years ago today, you made me the happiest man on earth. Thank you for everything Jo,” Chip wrote.
Meanwhile Joanna kept her message short, sweet, and to the point.
“What a wonderful 20 years 🫶 Happy Anniversary @chipgaines!”
The couple, who met in Waco, Texas where they both attended Baylor University, married on May 31, 2003. They also opened their now famous Magnolia Market that same year.
Earlier this year Chip explained that he and Joanna “didn’t have much figured out in the way of numbers and finances, but we believed in each other” which led to their massive success..
Since the early days their family has grown to include five children: Drake, 18, Ella, 16, Duke, 15, Emmie, 13, and Crew, 4.
And as if their home life doesn’t keep them busy enough, Chip and Joanna are kept busy running the Silos, renovating a historic castle, and filming a new season of Fixer Upper.
