Convicted felon Julie Chrisley’s Labor Day prison meal revealed

Convicted fraudster Julie Chrisley is spending Labor Day in prison… But apparently she’ll at least have something yummy to look forward to at meal times.

Julie and her husband Todd – who were the stars of their own reality TV series ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ – were found guilty of financial fraud, tax evasion, and conspiracy to defraud the United States in June 2022. Both are currently serving multiple-year sentences in separate federal prisons.

Now that Julie is currently serving her seven-year prison sentence at FMC Lexington in Kentucky, she will be experiencing a different kind of labor on Labor Day – a federal holiday commemorating the American labor movement.

A spokesperson representing the minimum-security prison revealed to Radar Online that the disgraced TV personality will kickstart their holiday with an average all-American breakfast – which includes biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, oven-roasted potatoes, and whole wheat bread with by butter and jelly. Inmates will have coffee and skim milk.

Though, the highlight of Julie’s day will be the lunch, which consists of double cheeseburgers topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard – soy beef or soy chicken patties are also available for the vegetarian inmates. Or, if she isn’t a burger fan, she can request to have hot dogs.

And for dessert, holiday cookies will be on offer.

As for dinner, it won’t be as exciting for the inmates at FMC Lexington. The evening meal options consist of chili and cornbread with steamed rice, whole wheat bread, and three-bean chili as alternatives.

As previously reported, Julie and her husband, Todd Chrisley, began serving their sentences on January 17 after being convicted of defrauding banks of $30 million and committing tax fraud.

While Julie is incarcerated in the Kentucky facility, Todd is serving his time over 600 miles away at FPC in Pensacola, Florida, facing a 12-year prison term for his fraud conviction.

Despite their legal troubles and imprisonment, the Chrisley family is reportedly making a return to television. Their children – Chase, 27, Savannah, 26, and Grayson, 17 – will once again feature in a new docuseries alongside Todd’s mother, “Nanny” Faye Chrisley, 79, and their granddaughter, Chloé, whom they adopted.

Todd’s older children from a previous marriage, Kyle and Lindsie, were not mentioned in the press release for the new show.
