After a brief stint on Disney+, Dancing with the Stars is returning to primetime.
The dance competition will return to ABC for season 32 this fall after it moved exclusively to Disney+ for season 31. According to Vulture, the show will air simultaneously on ABC and the subscription service. It will also air the following day on Hulu.
Season 32 marks a lot of changes for the reality competition show.
Julianne Hough will return to the show, but this time she will join DWTS as co-host alongside Alfonso Ribeiro, who replaces Tyra Banks. Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough will remain judges.
After winning the mirrorball trophy with his partner Charli D’Amelio last season, Mark Ballas decided to retire from competition. He competed on 20 seasons.
“Thank you guys for a lifetime of memories,” he said. “I appreciate it. I’m not saying this is the end. This is just the last time I’ll be dancing with a partner.”
Cheryl Burke also announced she would depart DWTS after season 31.
