39-year-old actor Elliot Page shared an Instagram post after a boxing session with New York trainer Nolan Hanson, revealing a sculpted six-pack that immediately drew attention online.

Alongside the photo, Page described boxing as an “essential part” of his life and praised Hanson for helping him develop both physically and mentally through the sport. The actor has spoken before about his passion for boxing, previously telling GQ that he even travels with a virtual reality boxing program so he can train wherever he goes. “It’s good for stress, it’s good for all kinds of things,” he said, calling it “a game changer.” His dedication has clearly paid off, with one TikTok creator who sparred with him previously joking that Page “beat the heck out of me” in the ring.

Fans quickly flooded the comments section after seeing the latest photo, marveling at the actor’s dramatic transformation. “BRO IS RIPPED,” one follower wrote, while another commented, “babe wake tf up Elliot Page sleeper build just dropped” Another person wrote, “Those abs go crazzzzzzyyy.”

For Page, however, the transformation represents much more than physical fitness. Since coming out as a transgender man in 2020, he has spoken openly about the years he struggled with gender dysphoria, particularly during the summer when wearing fewer layers made him feel intensely uncomfortable. In a previous Instagram post, he recalled constantly hiding beneath oversized clothing and never imagining he could one day feel happy in his own body. He credited gender-affirming care, including chest surgery, with changing his life and allowing him to finally experience what he called “#transjoy.”

The Oscar-nominated actor described the surgery as “life-saving” during a 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, explaining that it was the first time he could look in the mirror without feeling panic. “There I am,” he recalled thinking after the procedure. “I’m not having the moment where I’m panicked.”

Page first rose to international fame with his Oscar-nominated performance in Juno before starring in films including Inception, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and Tallulah. He is now set to reunite with director Christopher Nolan in the upcoming epic The Odyssey, marking their first collaboration since Inception 15 years ago.

In the film, Page portrays Sinon, a Greek soldier whose deception helps lead to the fall of Troy by convincing the Trojans to bring the famous wooden horse inside their city walls. The star-studded cast includes Matt Damon as Odysseus, Anne Hathaway as Penelope, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o, and Charlize Theron.

Speaking about returning to work with Nolan, Page said the experience felt especially meaningful now that he feels more comfortable in himself. He explained that revisiting such a major production after his transition made the experience even more enjoyable, adding that he was “completely jazzed and excited” to collaborate with the acclaimed filmmaker again.
