Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband Justin Mikita are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary!
The Modern Family star shared a photo from years past and a more recent one, along with the most adorable video of the couple.
“Happy 10th Anniversary @justinmikita. I love you so very very much & am so happy I get to call you my huzzzzzzbin,” Ferguson wrote on Instagram.
The couple first met in 2012 at a gym. By the following year they were getting married in New York City.
“We got married on a very hot night in July in NYC,” Mikita told People. “We held an afterparty at a hotel a few blocks away from the wedding venue.”
Ferguson and Mikita recalled their favorite moment from their wedding, a moment that’s been frozen in time and hung above their fireplace at home.
“It was always our plan to have people parade over to the afterparty. Our wedding planner, Bryan Rafanelli, had the great idea of handing out noisemakers to guests so we could keep the vibe alive on the walk over to the new venue.”
“It was a Saturday night in SoHo,” Mikita said. “It was already loud on the streets!”
Since their 2013 wedding, Ferguson and Mikita became parents to two-year-old Beckett Mercer and welcomed their second child, Sullivan Louis Ferguson-Mikita in November 2022.
