Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz’s son Desi Arnaz Jr. made a rare appearance on social media over the weekend.
Desi Jr., 71, appeared alongside his older sister in a series of photos Lucie Arnaz, 73, shared on Instagram. The siblings were attending a family dinner while in Las Vegas for ST-LV: The 58-Year Mission.
The daughter of the comedy legends Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz thanked her husband Laurence Luckinbill’s son Nick for treating the family to a meal at Wally’s in Las Vegas.
In her Instagram post, Lucie mentioned their “special guest, my recalcitrant brother, Desi Arnaz, Jr.” Although he has rarely been seen in the past decade, Lucie confirmed her brother was “alive and well.” He just preferred to stay “undercover.”
The former actor and musician has stayed out of the public eye since 2015, after his wife Amy Arnaz died of cancer.
In addition to the photos with her brother, Lucie shared images with Clint Holmes and his wife Kelly, as well as Maximillian Von Anhalt and Sunny Sessa.
Lucie and her family were in Las Vegas because her husband, who played Spock’s brother in Star Trek V, was a featured panelist at the convention.
