A sweet video of a first look between a mother and her 11-year-old son is going viral.
Since it was uploaded to TikTok on January 8, the video has received more than 7 million views.

Sommer Jean explained to Good Morning America the emotional moment was not exactly planned.
“I was actually in the bridal suite … and I asked them if they would be so kind to go get my son for me and bring him in the room and that’s kind of how that happened,” she said.
Her hair stylist captured the precious moment on camera.
When Mekhi Sheffield, 11, rounded the corner into the bridal suite and saw his mom in her wedding dress for the first time he was speechless.
After complimenting her son and asking if he was ready to walk her down the aisle, Mekhi began to tear up.
“You look so good,” he whispered to her.
While the mother and son embraced, Jean wiped away her son’s “happy tears.”
Mekhi said seeing his mom and knowing the day they finally waited for was here overwhelmed him.
“Me and my mom have been through quite a bit together and all of those moments just replayed in my mind, and I was like, ‘Wow, we’ve really been through a lot. Now we’re finally here!'” he told GMA.
“It’s better than anything I could ever get on this earth.”
