Call me a hopeless romantice, but I definitely do believe in eternal love. I think if you just find the right person you can live life out happily together with them, and just love each other more and more each day.
This wonderful couple is proof of that.
Amy Pennington recently published a picture of her grandparents. In the picture, her grandfather lovingly helps her grandmother style her hair, because she had recently had an operation and could not do it herself.
He gently parts her hair into small rolls, while she takes the opportunity to snap a few pictures in the mirror.
The image has received over 100,000 retweets and 200,000 likes. It has also received numerous comments from people, like me, who just think it’s so adorable!
I certainly understand why it’s gotten so popular! Many believe that love fades over the years, and yes, that does unfortunately happen. Therefore, it’s always so wonderful and uplifting to see that there is indeed love out there that lasts a lifetime.
