Kate Beckinsale appears to be shedding some light on her recent hospitalization.
The 50-year-old British actress’ most recent post on social media comes shortly after she shared photos from a hospital bed.
Beckinsale first sparked concern among fans on March 11 when she shared two photos of herself in the hospital, calling herself “sick”.
“Happy birthday and UK Mother’s Day this last week to my incredible mother,” she captioned the now deleted post. “Thank you to those that love us and support us when it’s s**t and try to make sure there are some bits that aren’t. And for looking after our dogs when we can’t, and lead us to remember happy things when we can’t. And turn up when we are sick and sit with us. And send balloons and check in and pull us out of wells with love.”
While Beckinsale did not give any updates on her condition, a source confirmed to ET that the actress hadn’t “been doing or feeling well” at the time.
“She is doing her best to take care of herself, but it’s not a great situation.”
Most recently, Beckinsale shared several photos of herself at home with her pets.
Although she still remained quiet about her hospitalization, she did was wearing a shirt that read “Tummy Troubles Survivor,” potentially hinting at the reason for her hospital stay.
