But after you learn this clever trick, you’ll be able to turn even the hardest unripe avocados into the smoothest spread. Because fresh, ready-to-eat avocados are only 10 minutes away!
1. Wrap the avocado in aluminum foil so that it’s completely airtight.
2. Place the avocado in the oven for 10-15 minutes at about 120˚C/250˚F.
