Brothel manager reveals common ways wives catch cheating husbands

A brothel manager has lifted the lid on how married men typically get busted for infidelity, and it’s not as clever or covert as some might think.

While statistics show that men in heterosexual relationships are more likely to cheat than women (20% of men compared to 13% of women, according to the Institute for Family Studies) many still underestimate just how easily their actions can unravel.

Digital secrecy and sudden behavior shifts are common red flags, says dating expert Claire Rénier. One classic move? Changing the passcodes a partner used to know. But Catherine De Noire, a brothel manager and OnlyFans creator, says the signs can be even more obvious, especially when you know what to look for.

1. Late-Night ATM Withdrawals

Many clients don’t carry enough cash, Catherine explains, so they end up using ATMs near or inside brothels. “This becomes suspicious when someone is withdrawing large amounts of money at 4AM, especially from a shared account,” she said, according to the New York Post.

2. Location Sharing Backfires

Location sharing might seem like a safety feature, but it can quickly turn into a digital paper trail. “Some guys forget they’ve got location sharing enabled, or they don’t realize their partner can check their map history,” Catherine said. “That’s how a lot of people get caught.”

3. Ticket Stubs and Receipts

Old-school evidence still gets the job done. According to Catherine, a surprising number of wives find physical proof (like ticket stubs from the brothel) in their partner’s pockets.

She recalled one particularly awkward incident: “A man came in saying he was getting married in a week. His fiancée had found a ticket in his pocket and demanded answers. He wanted me to lie and show her CCTV footage to prove he wasn’t here. I told him, ‘You need to talk to your wife.’ We have over 60 cameras, we’re not digging through all that.”

Why Married Men Visit Brothels

Catherine believes many married men who visit brothels aren’t necessarily looking to end their relationships, they’re looking to fulfill fantasies they feel unable to explore at home.

“There’s often a disconnect,” she explained. “Maybe the marriage isn’t working, or maybe he has a very specific sexual interest, like BDSM, and he’s too afraid to bring it up with his partner because of how it might change their dynamic.”

Some, she says, are looking for control. Others, for freedom from judgment. But whatever the reason, the signs they leave behind often speak louder than their denials.
