Joe Biden Sues DOJ to block release of secret deposition tapes

Former US President Joe Biden has initiated legal action against the Justice Department as he seeks to prevent the release of transcripts and audio recordings from interviews he participated in with a ghostwriter.

Bide’s legal team filed a lawsuit on Thursday in Washington’s federal court, stating that the Justice Department intends to release said files to Congress and the conservative Heritage Foundation.

It was previously argued that the documents were exempt from disclosure under public records law.

Jeff Bezos beats Elon Musk to build NASA ‘city-sized’ base on the moon

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin company has been awarded a commercial contract by NASA worth $468 million as part of its plans to build a $20 billion Moon Base.

NASA announced the grant on Tuesday, with the contracts focusing on the first phase of building a city-sized infrastructure that will cover several hundred square miles near the lunar south pole.

Hundreds of children die as measles cases surge in Bangladesh

Over 500 children are suspected to have died of measles in Bangladesh since March, according to the country’s health ministry.

In little over two months, the number of suspected cases of measles have reached over 60,000 in the South Asian country, with numerous reports of parents trying to find space for their sick children in hospitals.
