President Donald Trump made an appearance during a rally in Kentucky on Wednesday. There, he made a surprising comment about Barack Obama, where he, besides attacking the former president, also revealed the one thing he admires about him.
Donald Trump doesn’t have much over former Democratic presidents, especially when it comes to Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
The former real estate mogul has repeatedly attacked both Obama and Biden. earlier this year, Trump made headlines as the president’s social media account posted a racist video depicting both Barack and his wife, Michelle, as apes.
It drew widespread criticism from both Democrats and Republicans, and initially, the White House defended the video. They called the backlash “fake outrage,” and the post was later blamed on a staff member.
It has since been deleted, and Barack Obama has spoken out about it.
During an interview with YouTuber Brian Tyler Cohen, Obama said many Americans “find this behavior deeply troubling.”
“There doesn’t seem to be any shame about this among people who used to feel like you had to have some sort of decorum and a sense of propriety and respect for the office,” Obama said at the time.
While Donald Trump has his hands full with the war in Iran, on Wednesday, the president made an appearance during a rally in Hebron, Kentucky. The president spoke about many subjects during the event, and one of those was, once again, Barack Obama.
However, this time, Trump surprisingly decided to ‘praise’ Barack. About what? How he walked down the stairs of Air Force One.
“The only thing I admired about Barack Hussein Obama, which was nothing actually. But the only thing is the way he was bob down the stairs. You talk about unpresidential. He’s bob– and I couldn’t believe that he made it without at least a noticeable major fall,” Donald Trump said and continued with an impersonation of his predecessor bobbing down the stairs.
