Former presidential candidate writes two-word message on Israeli bomb bound for Gaza

Former Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley signed an Israeli artillery shell with “Finish them!” during a Memorial Day weekend visit to Israel.

Photos from her visit have sparked massive outrage.

Throughout her trip she was accompanied by Danny Danon, a member of the Israeli parliament and former ambassador to the United Nations.

The two toured sites of Israel and spoke with survivors of the October 7th attack.

“Like my daughter, Tali Biner is a nurse in her 20s who loves music and her friends,” Haley wrote on X. “But, her life changed forever at the Nova Music Festival.”

“For hours she hid, praying not to be next, listening to fellow concert goers beg for mercy as they were raped, genitally mutilated, and shot to death by Hamas,” she added. “When she escaped, she tried to treat victims who were butchered and left to slowly die.”

“Now, she bravely tells her story to bear witness for the hundreds who can’t — raped, tortured, kidnapped, and murdered simply for being Israeli.”

Danon also shared images from the pair’s trip that show the former governor of South Carolina writing on an Israeli explosive.

“Finish them! This is what my friend, the former ambassador, Nikki Haley, wrote today on a shell during a visit to an artillery post on the northern border,” he posted on his socials.

People online did not hold back their opinions on a US politician signing a bomb.

“Imagine being a mother and signing a bomb that will be used to kill babies, toddlers, and children. Imagine writing the words ‘Finish Them’ on this bomb. You’re the worst of humanity @NikkiHaley.”

“While Americans watch Israel burn Gaza alive, and Palestinian children are beheaded, Nikki Haley writes love notes on bombs that drop on civilians.”

“Nikki Haley is in Israel writing ‘FINISH THEM’ on American bombs a day after 45 people, including children were incinerated in Rafah, and I admit I am speechless and sickened.”

Haley’s visit to the region and plea to the U.S. government for continued support of the ongoing genocide comes amid Israel’s continued invasion of Gaza.

Over the weekend, Israel Defense Forces bombed a tent camp in Gaza’s southernmost city of Rafah. Palestinians had previously been directed to seek refuge in the “safe zone.”

The airstrike killed at least 45 Palestinians, per CNN. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the deaths a “tragic error” and vowed to launch an internal investigation.

Since October more than 36,000 Palestinians have been killed, many whom are children.

What is happening in Gaza is absolutely horrific and must be stopped. We cannot keep standing by watching innocent people get killed.
