Jon and Kate have long since divorced. Now, it seems Gosselin is opening up about the new woman in his life, and a lot of people have opinions.
A lot has changed in the last few years since Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin have divorced. The couple were stars of a show together with their eight children; Jon and Kate Plus 8.’
The show followed the Gosselins as they were tasked with the ultimate responsibility: taking care of their eight children. Their children included their older twin daughters, Cara and Mady, and the famous sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Hope!
The couple was a constant feature in multiple tabloids because of their tumultuous marital relationship. The couple’s marital problems finally came to a head when the two separated after ten years of marriage. After their split, the show was rebranded as “Kate Plus 8,” and filmed on and off till 2017.
Despite sharing eight children together, the couple parted on hostile terms. With Kate filing for divorce in 2009, two months after Jon made headlines for leaving a bar at 2 a.m. accompanied by the children’s nanny.
After the divorce had been settled, Jon’s lawyer made public statements to the media citing that Jon was in the process of filing for primary physical custody. He cited his reason for doing so as being Kate being an absentee mom, mentioning her appearing on the television show “Dancing with the Stars” as his evidence.
He further added that he had been giving $20,000 a month in child support payments, which he felt was unreasonable.
Years later, the couple has been divorced for well over ten years. And it seems, Jon Gosselin is ready for his second act. He revealed earlier this year, that he has lost 32 lbs. in two months on semaglutide (commonly known as Ozempic) through a program offered by Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.
“You know what’s annoying? The regret of not starting it 10 years ago. I feel amazing! Like, why didn’t I do this sooner? Maybe it wasn’t the right time,” he said.
He shared his journey with Ozempic, saying, “It’s really nice because it helped me stop drinking and it helped me get my appetite under control with less eating.” He added, “I was able to really refocus my diet that way, I just focused on consuming what I need to consume in a healthy manner.”
Now, Gosselin is not just showing off his weightloss on Instagram but also his new girlfriend, Stephanie Lebo. In a new picture he posted of his girlfriend kissing his cheek in the mirror, as he posed in a tank top, people were incredibly happy to see him doing well.
One person wrote, “This man deserves to be happy and smiling!!!,” while another added, “Dude I have never been happier for a stranger in my life.” Another user commented, “Happy looks good on you. Wish you guys the best in your healthy relationship.”
