Lip reader reveals Taylor Swift’s words to Travis Kelce after Conference Finals

On January 25, after the Kansas City Chiefs clinched a spot in the highly anticipated Super Bowl 2025, fans were going wild with speculation when Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce shared a tender moment on the field, begging a lip reader to confirm what was really said.

The Chiefs’ victory over the Buffalo Bills not only secured their ticket to the Super Bowl but also became a backdrop for a viral moment. As the confetti rained and emotions ran high, pop superstar Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were caught in an affectionate exchange on the field.

The playful moment shared between the couple, who have been making headlines since their whirlwind romance began, left fans dissecting the scene at the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

One aspiring lip reader on X suggests that Kelce, 35, told the 35-year-old singer: “I love you so much,” to which she replied, “I love you. I’m so proud of you.”

Gushing over the pair’s intimate exchange, a second fan tweeted, “Love them both so much, this is everything.” And a third shared, “omg sobbing, he is so in his feels.”

Even People reported that Kelce and Swift “shared a kiss and ‘I love you’s’ while cameras were rolling to capture every moment.”

But was this a public declaration of love? Or just another playful moment between the two?

‘Out of this world’

Analyzing the couple’s lip patterns, a lip-reading expert put the many speculations to rest, confirming that Swift said something heartfelt yet simple.

Jeremy Freeman, an expert witness forensic lip reader, told Unilad that the “Cruel Summer” singer was likely praising Kelce on his performance, saying: “That was stunning.”

Freeman adds that it’s difficult to break down exactly what she said next, but he believes it’s something like, “you stopped the catch-up” – possibly referring to Kelce’s play in the game.

Further admiring the Chief’s tight-end, Freeman suggests the “Fortnight” singer then says, “You were sublime. Out of this world. That was great.”

Post-game

The post-game celebrations didn’t end there. While Kelce busted out some dance moves with his teammates in the locker room, Swift was busy mingling and making memories. She posed for photos with Macie Bozeman, wife of linebacker Swayze Bozeman, and Layla Murray, who’s currently dating punter Matt Araiza.

Later, Kelce and the “Bad Blood” singer were seen leaving the stadium, Swift jumping up and down with excitement in a moment that fans say was “too cute.”

With the Chiefs officially headed to the Super Bowl, football fans and Swifties alike are gearing up for the ultimate showdown. On February 9, 2025, the Chiefs will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans, promising a game as iconic as the couple stealing the spotlight.

The countdown is on, and if this moment is any indication, Swift and Kelce are set to make this Super Bowl season one for the books. Who’s ready to see what happens next?
