Sex worker whose clients eat her poop reveals horrifying impact on body

An adult performer has revealed the violent physical reactions she says some clients experience during scat sessions, as medical experts warn the controversial fetish can carry serious health risks.

One of the latest episodes of The Reality Check Show podcast took an unexpected turn when hosts Shuan Maroof and Demetri Dionysus invited adult performer Little Goth Bat to discuss some of the more extreme requests she receives from clients – specifically a fetish involving human feces called scat play.

“Scat is where you poop on someone, either on them or their mouth or whatever preferred area they like,” the dominatrix explained. “And sometimes they eat it, they chew it all up and swallow it.”

‘Mental health problem’

The conversation quickly shifted from curiosity to disbelief as the hosts tried to process what they had just heard. Maroof, visibly stunned, didn’t hold back.

“I’m sorry, that is a mental health problem,” he said, scratching his head.

“I agree with you, mate,” Dionysus told his co-host, but Little Goth Bat rejected the idea that there is anything wrong with a human who wants to eat feces.

“I don’t think it’s a mental health problem; it’s whatever you like, right?” she replied, prompting Maroof to argue: “You can’t say ‘whatever you like,’ because then we could say pedophilia is fine then because that’s just what you like.”

“But that’s an underage person. It’s a bit different about an adult who’s consenting to allow you to either do that or takes enjoyment from that – you can’t compare those two things,” the dominatrix insisted. “These guys and girls, if they want to do that, then that’s absolutely fine. They’re not harming anyone, right?”

‘You need to stop’

The hosts then moved beyond the ethics of the fetish and focused on something more practical – how participants manage the risks during sessions.

“Of course, there are safe words, and also like me in the session, I will always watch their body language,” she said.

According to the sex worker, the body’s reaction can reveal trouble long before someone asks to stop.

“I’ll watch their lips, if their eyes are going funny if they’re sweating like the sweat gets cold. You can see if someone’s starting to be unwell. They’ll get a cold sweat. Then you need to stop.”

She said some clients continue pushing themselves despite those warning signs.

Like the one man who “started eating” “quite a lot” of her scat during a session.

“I don’t know what happened, but I think he started chewing it and he started being sick at same time. So, he was he threw up on my foot with a bit of poop and a bit of puke and then I had to get up because – that’s the first time I literally was like, ‘Oh no, I’m going to be sick here.’”

What health experts say

The client’s reaction wasn’t just unpleasant – it also reflects why medical experts warn that ingesting fecal matter can pose serious health risks.

According to Healthline, eating feces is considered “minimally toxic,” but that does not mean it is safe.

Human waste naturally contains bacteria that belong inside the intestines, where they help with digestion. Once introduced through the mouth, however, those same bacteria can cause illness.

Bacteria present in poop include:

  • Campylobacter
  • E. coli
  • Salmonella
  • Shigella

These bacteria can cause these symptoms:

  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Fever

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) further warns that norovirus is highly “contagious and spreads via the fecal-oral route,” making exposure to human waste another potential route of infection.

Goth has never been scatted

When the hosts asked Little Goth Bat if she’d be on the other end of a scat session, she said it’s not her “personal preference.”

“I personally probably wouldn’t do scat on me if that makes sense. It’s not crazy. It’s just my personal preference,” she said, adding that “it’s a kink” – just not a kink she chooses to receive.

Still puzzled by her admissions, Maroof said, “How do you figure out that you like to eat poo?”

“I don’t know. I’ve not done it. How would I know?” she replied.

Although Little Goth Bat explained that scatting is consensual between adults, it’s important to remember that consent cannot eliminate the risks associated with ingesting fecal matter.
