Kelly Loeffler has become the latest woman in Donald Trump’s circle to draw online attention after a video of the top official resurfaced and sparked a wave of comments about her appearance.
The former Georgia Senator, Kelly Loeffler, who now leads the Small Business Administration, was seen walking through a hallway while answering questions in a video originally posted in August.
Soon after, social media users began focusing on her looks, comparing her with billionaire philanthropist Susan Dell and newly appointed ambassador Barbara Thornhill.
One viewer described the video as “one of the most unsettling videos I’ve seen in a long time,” while another joked that Loeffler looked like an alien.
The discussion comes just days after Susan Dell’s appearance at the White House sparked a similar debate, with some social media users speculating about possible cosmetic procedures. Dell has not publicly confirmed undergoing plastic surgery.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, another Trump official, Ambassador Barbera Thornhill, also went viral.
The growing conversation has led some people to use the term “MAGA face” to describe what they see as a similar appearance among women associated with Trump’s political circle.
Video of Trump official Kelly Loeffler fuels speculation over women in Trump’s circle
However, much of the discussion remains speculation based on photographs and videos, and there is no confirmed evidence that the women have undergone the procedures suggested by online commenters.
Things spiraled out of control on Friday when a clip of Loeffler was shared on TikTok. She was seen walking down a hallway and answered questions while holding a binder that appeared to have no paper in it.
She passed several photos of herself decorating the office before someone off camera asked her, “First of all, are you in the Cabinet?”
“Well, actually, I am,” Loeffler replied, moving on to President Donald Trump.
At the end of the video, she was asked how tall she was.
“With or without heels?” Loeffler replied, revealing that she is 5 feet 11 inches tall.

But the video quickly became a target for social media critics. Many pointed to what appeared to be an empty binder and questioned her awkward movements and speech.
Social media asked if Kelly Loeffler was made from AI
Some even joked that she looked like she was learning to walk, while others wondered why she had not simply recorded the video again.
“Just act natural. It’s only a TikTok,” Puck News chief national correspondent Peter Hamby wrote on X and shared the video.
“This HAS to be AI, right?” another asked, while a third wrote, “On brand to not have one piece of paper in her fake binder.”
A fourth focused on her appearance, writing, “When the aliens took over a body.”
Another rudely joked, “Is it a giraffe in a human costume?”

“That is 100% an alien from outer space,” one commented.
“The Trump administration isn’t even trying to hide the aliens anymore bro,” one claimed, together with a picture of Susan Dell, Barbera Thornhill, and Kelly Loeffler.
