Egg is submerged in boiling water – but watch how the next step takes this recipe to a new level

Avocado has long been associated as a healthy and nutricious ingredient that goes a long way in making food delicious. This superfood is packed with essential vitamins and that have long been proved to help maintain and improve health.

So when I saw this recipe, I was immediately excited. It includes avocado, eggs, and while less healthy, another undeniable favorite: bacon.

The secret is in how you cook the egg. After submerging it in boiling water, it’s just delightful when you place it in the middle of a bacon wrapped avocado. Talk about a tastebud explosion!

You need:

1 avocado
1 poached egg
5 bacon slices
vegetable oil
