Ben Affleck has officially bought his own home – divorce from Jennifer Lopez is imminent

Ben Affleck’s marriage to singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has been in question lately, and some are concerned that things might be coming to an end.

The news that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were quietly selling their marital home in Beverly Hills home in June. When there were no buyers, the couple had to put the home on the market on July 11 for $68 million. They had bought the house last year for about $61 million. Considering the amount they spent on L.A. mansion tax, real estate commissions, and several mil in renovations, it seems they will barely be breaking even.

It has already been reported for a while that JLo has been on a house hunt of her own. The couple have been speculated to be separated since May this year, and Ben reportedly moved out all of his belongings from their home while the singer and actress was seen vacationing in Europe.

Now it’s being reported that Ben Affleck has purchased a new multi-million dollar L.A. estate, according to media, and this signals all but the end of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

According to sources, Ben has just closed escrow on the Pacific Palisades mansion for $20.5 million. The residence has five beds and six bathrooms. The home also boasts a breakfast and dining area, a separate family room, a den, a walk-in closet, a media room, a powder room, a guest house, and much more.

People have been connecting the dots; just two years after the initial nuptials, the couple is heading for divorce.

While the couple have been spotted repeatedly wearing their wedding rings in the last few months despite the swirling rumors, it seems their marriage might not survive. A lot of outlets are reporting that the divorce is imminent.
