Jennifer Lopez has been spotted multiple times since news of her divorce from Ben Affleck, but it’s only her most recent outing that eagle-eyed fans noticed something different about “Jenny from the Block.”

While stepping out in a revealing silver sequined dress at the 2024 Toronto Film Festival, fans noticed something the 55-year-old singer flaunted just last year appeared to be missing.
“Looks like Jennifer Lopez is moving on and making a fresh start! Covering up that tattoo is a powerful statement. Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to embrace change,” one X user wrote.
In February 2023, Lopez shared a post on Instagram debuting the former couple’s matching tattoos.
“Commitment ♾️ Happy Valentine’s Day my love 🤍” she captioned the post, which remains up as of September 10.
Affleck chose to have his tattoo of an infinity symbol along with their initials on his torso, while Lopez had her tattoo, also an infinity symbol with their initials, on her ribcage.
Whether entirely removed or simply covered with makeup, it was clear Lopez was making a statement.
“Sis is moving fast past him I’m here for it,” one person wrote.
“And we love that for her!” another chimed in.
The former pair reportedly separated on April 26, 2024, though Lopez waited to file for divorce on August 20, their second wedding anniversary.
Years after becoming the “IT” couple of the early 2000s, Affleck and Lopez reunited in 2021 and became engaged in 2022. Once again, fans and the media heavily focused on their relationship, and it wasn’t long until the rumor mill went into overdrive suggesting their was trouble in paradise.
By summer 2024, the pair had listed their Beverly Hills mansion for sale and they were often spotted without the other by their side. Months after the rumors began to swirl, everyone’s suspicions were confirmed.
