Farrah Abraham, who is best known for being a media personality, first rose to fame in 2009 after appearing on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant before later joining the spin-off series Teen Mom, where she remained part of the cast until 2012.

Now 34 years old and a mother of one, Abraham says years of cosmetic procedures have come with serious physical consequences.

“I can’t use my jaw, I can’t open my mouth up normally,” she admitted during an appearance on Ryan Pownall’s Pillow Talk podcast.

According to Abraham, she has been diagnosed with “degenerative disc disease,” though medical experts often describe the condition as age-related wear and tear rather than a true disease.

During the interview, Abraham explained that despite not wanting additional surgery, she feels she may have no choice because of the issues she’s now experiencing.

“I would like to just open my mouth for a hotdog, okay,” she joked while laughing.

Abraham underwent her first cosmetic procedure at just 19 years old when she had breast augmentation surgery.

Since then, she says the amount she has spent on cosmetic work has become staggering.

Speaking previously to the Daily Mail, Abraham revealed she has spent approximately $50,000 on her lips alone.

The reality star has even referred to herself as having a “million-dollar body,” estimating that her total cosmetic surgery spending falls somewhere between six and seven figures.

Despite already undergoing multiple procedures, Abraham admitted she is also considering a facelift within the next few years.

“I’m all about preventative,” she explained. “People need to not shy away from that. And I’m in my 30s and that’s what’s up for 30-year-olds.”

She also defended getting procedures done earlier in life rather than waiting until later.

“I don’t ever feel like I need anything, but it is preventative. I would rather do things younger so I can bounce back and heal and recover than later when it’s all stretched out, it’s more money, it’s more recovery time,” Abraham said.

Since her MTV fame, Abraham has reportedly gone on to earn millions through content creation on OnlyFans.

However, she also made headlines earlier this year after filing paperwork connected to the 2026 Austin municipal elections.

Abraham later admitted she mistakenly believed she had been entering the race to become mayor of Austin.
