The rumor mill has been swirling for a while with news that there is a lot of strife within the Beckham clan. Things have now come to a head with one member of the family finally breaking their silence.

Cruz Beckham, who is the third child of Victoria and David Beckham. Now, the 20-year-old is speaking out about a family matter that many have speculated about for months.
In 2022, it was first reported that there is a rift in the family, namely between the eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, and his parents, after his marriage to American actress and heiress Nicola Peltz.
The feud reportedly was born during wedding prep for the young couple as Victoria Beckham was apparently upset that Nicola Peltz did not wear one of her designs for her big day.
A source at the time said, that Nicola had told Victoria that she would love for her mother-in-law to design her dress and it for be an ‘honour’ for her to ‘wear one of her originals.’
A source said that, “Nicola was painted as a brat for not wearing Victoria Beckham at the wedding. She’d gone to a ton of Victoria Beckham fashion shows and events in Victoria’s clothing. She even wore Victoria Beckham to her Lola movie premiere.”
However, a second source said that this was all an attempt to paint Nicola as the victim. They said, this was ‘far from the truth’ and was merely an attempt to ‘try and paint Nicola as somehow a victim’.
Since then, fans and internet sleuths have been reading into everything the family posts on social media, trying to deduce whether there is a feud. Now it seems the latest update shows that both David Beckham and Victoria Beckham do not follow their eldest child, Brooklyn Beckham, and his wife Nicola Peltz on Instagram.
However, Cruz Beckham quickly jumped to the defence of his parents. He took to Instagram to say that his parents did not unfollow his older brother rather they woke up to find out they were blocked by him on social media.
He reportedly posted on his Instagram stories a reply to rumors of whether the Beckhams had blocked their eldest, “NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.”
This year, David Beckham celebrated his 50th birthday with a big birthday party, which was noticeably unattended by Brooklyn and Nicola.
Inside sources told the media that David has been ‘hurt’ by their absence. Another media outlet shared that the couple’s absence was because Romeo’s partner, Kim Turnball, was in attendance and she had been previously romantically linked with Brooklyn.
“Brooklyn didn’t want to be in the same room as her, and he told his dad that. But David opted to have Kim there over Nicola,” the source said.
However, Cruz debunked this rumor as well, saying the two had never dated.
