There’s few things in life as precious as meeting a grandchild for the first time.

Recently, Bill and Melinda Gates became first-time grandparents, and the two shared the special moment they got to meet the little bundle of joy.

On Thursday, Melinda shared a photo of herself holding her granddaughter, born to daughter Jennifer Gates and husband Nayel Nassar.

Bill also shared his own snap with his granddaughter.

“I can’t wait to watch you discover the world,” he wrote under a photo of him touching the infant’s little fingers.

Jennifer and Nayel announced the birth of their daughter on March 4 with a joint Instagram post writing, “sending love from our healthy little family 💓🙏🥰”

The couple married in October 2021 after four years of dating.

Congratulations to Bill and Melinda! There’s nothing more exciting than becoming a grandparent for the first time. I hope you’ll get to spoil the little girl rotten.

Please share and wish the family well.
