Keanu Reeves seeking protection against stalker who thinks they’re family and has come to his home

Keanu Reeves is one of Hollywood’s true nice guys – on that, I think we can all agree.

Over the years, The Matrix star has demonstrated time and again that he has a heart of compassion where so many of his contemporaries are obsessed only with chasing ever more stardom and fame.

Whether it’s giving money away to those more in need, refusing to touch women he doesn’t know when they ask for photos, entertaining children at the airport, or simply conducting himself in an exemplary manner, Keanu prioritizes being a kind and caring soul above all else.

As a result, we’d like to think his life is pretty comfortable right now. Reeves has established himself as one of the top actors in the world, and in recent years appears to have found the love of his life in Alexander Grant.

Yet, according to new reports, not everything is sunshine and roses at the moment. As per TMZ, Keanu’s in the middle of a troublesome period, all due to a stalker who refuses to leave him alone…

If you believe TMZ, then Keanu Reeves has plenty to think about just now, and not just regarding roles he’s considering taking on or which red carpet appearances he wants to make.

No, the outlet say that he’s seeking protection from a man who has repeatedly shown up at his home claiming that they are related.

Keanu’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, appeared in court on Tuesday to ask a judge for a temporary restraining order to protect his client and his partner, Alexander Grant, from 38-year-old Bryan Dixon, who has reportedly been harassing them for months.

TMZ claim Keanu hired a security firm to investigate Dixon after he repeatedly showed up to the actor’s home and found different ways to access the property.

On one occasion, it’s said that Dixon left a “suspicious and alarming” backpack on Keanu’s property, said to include a DNA testing kit “apparently intended to use on Mr. Reeves in a delusional attempt to prove they are blood-related.”

Keanu’s lawyers claim that the man has a rap sheet that goes back two decades and includes a bench warrant issued against him in Rhode Island for alleged breaking and entering with felonious intent, possessing burglary tools and vandalism.

Reeves has reportedly revealed that Dixon last tried to enter his property on January 20.

Authorities are said to be involved and a judge granted a temporary restraining order barring Dixon from coming within 100 yards of either Keanu or Alexander Grant.

Wow! How scary! I can’t imagine how terrified I’d be if someone was repeatedly trying to get onto my property.
