From time to time, most of us experience back pain or aching shoulders. The pain isn’t always a sign of a disease, but it can be quite uncomfortable.

The problem is usually finding a way to get rid of the pain. A good massage might do the trick, but unfortunately, it can be expensive to get professional help on a regular basis. So what to do?

Well, here’s a simple trick that many peopole have found helpful. I suffer from an aching neck myself from time to time. I tried it and since it felt so good I couldn’t resist sharing it with you.

All you need is a tennis ball and a few minutes of your time. I suggest you put the ball in something soft, like a sock. It will feel smoother against your skin, and you can use it to move the ball up and down on your back.
