Tammy Slaton opened up on Instagram and made a real post about herself. The 36-year-old TLC star posted 6 pictures of herself on Instagram with the caption, “6 beautiful photos of myself without filters.”
In the pictures, her oxygen tube was also noticeably absent. This was the first time the reality television star was without her oxygen tube or tracheal tube for a picture since her birthday in 2021 on July 27.
In the picture, Slaton is wearing a denim jacket, a floral top, and her glasses. Fans were quick to give her compliments, telling her how she looks beautiful even without all the filters on her pictures. One follower commented, “Your skin looks so good! What do you use on it? Looking so healthy, Tammy.”
While another applauded her hard work by saying, You look great, congratulations, all your hard work shows. You are glowing from the inside out. Keep going beautiful ..”
These pictures come three months after the media personality shared images of her dramatic weight loss. In March, She posted pictures of her slimmer figure for fans to appreciate. And many appreciated her weight loss and encouraged her further.
“Gotta admit Tammy, you proved a whole lot of us wrong. Way to go & keep it up!,” a follower commented on her weight loss.
The last season of the show has shown Slaton’s weight loss journey as she tries to shave off some pounds in order to qualify for weight loss surgery. The media personality finally hit her goal and seemed giddy with excitement when the scale read to 534 lbs after she had measured in at 717 lbs previously.
“When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second,” Slaton said during an earlier episode of the show. “I’m like 14 lbs. under my goal weight. From over 700, that’s a huge drop.”
