Barron Trump is stepping into the business world, with a move few saw coming.
The 20-year-old, best known as the youngest son of Donald Trump and Melania Trump, is now listed as a partner in a new beverage company, marking his latest entrepreneurial effort.
According to The Mirror, Barron is one of five partners behind Sollos Yerba Mate Inc., a startup focused on caffeinated herbal drinks. The brand is centered around yerba mate – a traditional South American tea made from the dried leaves and twigs of the Ilex paraguariensis plant, known for its earthy flavor and relatively high caffeine content.
Often marketed as an alternative to coffee, yerba mate contains nearly twice the caffeine of another popular option, matcha.
The company recently teased its first product launch on LinkedIn, sharing a video of its drinks displayed on a surfboard. In the post, Sollos revealed its debut flavor: “Introducing our 12-pack: Pineapple + Coconut. Launching May 2026,” according to Tyla.

Sollos describes itself as a “lifestyle beverage brand built around yerba mate and clean, functional ingredients.
“Growing up in South Florida, our lifestyle was shaped by the opportunity to spend time outdoors year-round. That experience led us to create SOLLOS, a beverage designed to complement life in the ‘Sunshine State.’
“‘SOL,’ meaning sun in Spanish, represents the sun rising and the beginning of the day. ‘LOS’, which is ‘Sol’ spelled backwards, represents the sun setting and the end of the day.”
Barron is joined in the venture by Spencer Bernstein, Rudolfo Castello, Stephen Hall, and Valentino Gomez.
According to Newsweek, the company has already secured $1 million in funding through a private placement. The outlet also reports that Sollos has ties to a contributor to Donald Trump’s campaign, according to Tyla.
The business is reportedly operating out of a 4,500-square-foot space in Palm Beach, Florida, located roughly a mile from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
