Kelly Loeffler, Administrator of the US Small Business Administration, posted a Q&A on TikTok that went viral, but not entirely for the intended reasons.
The video has racked up nearly 400,000 views and shows the 55-year-old walking down a hallway lined with framed photos of herself, holding a binder with no paper in it, while answering frequently asked questions about her role in the Trump cabinet.
The comments section filled up fast.
“First day in a human body is always awkward,” the top comment reads.
“I know 3 kids in a trench coat when I see ’em,” another insisted.
A third just voiced their confusion: “What is actually going on?!?”
“It’s the empty binder for me,” one person noted, a sentiment that seemed to resonate widely.
Loeffler did answer some questions too
Loeffler did talk about getting a text from Trump personally telling her she would be in the cabinet, which apparently is a bigger deal than it sounds, since the SBA Administrator role doesn’t automatically come with a cabinet seat.
She also said her favorite part of the job is getting out to visit small businesses, whether that’s walking a factory floor or eating at a family-owned restaurant.
She was also asked how tall she was, to which she first replied with another question: “With heels or without?” and then revealed she’s 5’11 and a half without them.

Loeffler’s video is part of a broader push by Trump administration officials onto TikTok, following a Justice Department ruling last month that federal employees could use the app after it was sold to a US-approved owner.
It hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing. A Team Trump TikTok video recently had its audio removed after using Taylor Swift’s song August without permission, the caption had read “I’m sure Taylor Swift is going to be super excited we used her song.”
Ariana Grande has also previously told the White House not to use her music.
